You are able to make a booking online through the website or by contacting us via telephone. A 50% non refundable deposit will then be requested within 7 days to secure your booking. Full payment is then required 1 month before departure date. Upon receipt of full payment we will fax/e-mail your confirmation voucher, along with relevant information pertaining to your trip. Please ensure that you receive all this information before you leave on your holiday.

On making a booking it will be automatically assumed that the client / agent understands and accepts Anda Ca Lodge's terms and conditions as stated on this page.

Rates:
Accommodation rates are quoted in South African Rands. Flight package rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing a minimum of 4 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations will be confirmed to you in writing.

A cancellation received during peak season...
more than 1 month prior to travel a 50% cancellation fee will charged less that 1 month prior to travel a 100% cancellation fee will be charged

A cancellation received out of season...
more than 1 month prior to travel a 30% cancellation fee will charged less that 1 month prior to travel a 50% cancellation fee will be charged

Changing a Booking:
If you wish to change your booking to an alternate date and it has already been confirmed, you may do so subject to availability. If you wish for a refund a cancellation fee may be charged.

Passport and Visa:
Please make sure that your passport and visas are in order before departing as we cannot be held liable for these as they are your responsibility. For people flying in on the charter, luggage will be strictly limited to one soft "hold all" bag, containing no more than 15kg's inclusive of dive gear. Luggage allowance excludes camera equipment within reason.

Conditions:
All tours are booked and all tour arrangements are made on the express condition that Anda Ca Lodge, their staff and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, accident or death, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his luggage or other property.

The guests must at all times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of the country visited. Should a guest be detected in any contravention of the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations, or should the guest be a nuisance, the Lodge may request the guest to leave the lodge without refunding any monies paid and without liability to Anda Ca Lodge or its servants or agents. The guest shall be obliged to make his own way home at his expense and responsibility. In such circumstances Anda Ca Lodge shall not be liable to make any refund.

All guests undertake and agree that he / she will at all times comply with Anda Ca Lodge's requirements with regard to his / her conduct and will not in any way constitute a nuisance to other persons.

Responsibilities:
Imagine Africa Safaris CC, act only as booking agents for Anda Ca Lodge and accept no liability for any injury, loss, accident delay or any other irregularity howsoever occasioned.

Insurance:
You are strongly recommended to arrange your own travel insurance or check with your broker to see what cover you would get in Mozambique on existing policies you may hold.

NO SHOWS
Should you not arrive, your booking will unfortunately be cancelled and all monies paid over, will be held as cancellation fees.
